Discounts. The discount schedule for greenware and bisque is in the table above. Any mold prices listed are already discounted. They will range from 15% to 25% depending on the manufacturer. See each individual mold page for the appropriate discount where there is a column in the mold listing showing your discount. Sometimes a particular brand of mold is made by different manufacturers giving different discounts. An example of this is the Byron brand. Some Byron molds are made at Creative Paradise, some are made at Shiloh Molds, and others are made at Lakeland Molds. Each company makes different Byron molds and none of them make the same mold number. It therefore depends on the mold number as to what discount you will get. Now kilns typically have a 20% discount. As with the molds, the suggested retail price and your discounted price are displayed. In regards to all other items, if there is a discount, it will be stated next to the item. Large quantities may possibly be discounted - check with us first.

Orders from Outside the United States. We will accept orders from anywhere in the world but we will ship only to United States addresses. Payment is to be in U.S. Dollars. Find someone in the U.S. who will accept a shipment for you to pick up from them or forward to you.

Submitting Money Orders. We accept Money Orders drawn on U.S. Banks & Post Offices as payment for your purchase. Print the page showing your order and include your name, address, phone, and email address. Have a money order made out to Indiana Ceramic Supply, 1616 S. Spencer Ave, Indianapolis IN 46203. Include the total amount of your merchandise plus enough to cover shipping as follows:

• Books & Catalogs. Shipping for books is $6. If any mold catalogs are included, shipping is $9. This is the total for your entire order.
  
  
• Molds. Actual cost of shipping will be eventually charged. Submit the total cost of your merchandise plus the following shipping amounts and we will refund the difference by check after we know the actual shipping charges. All molds are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
  
  Note that these shipping amounts are approximate and are figured only for deliveries to the Continental United States. You must double these rates for states/territories outside of the Continental U.S.

  Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive your Money Order. If we do not receive payment from you within 21 days of your order, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping. We will ship only to addresses within the United States. For books, you will be charged $6 for your entire order. If any catalogs are included, you will be charged an extra $3. Book/Catalog orders are usually shipped and billed separately than other items and are usually shipped by Priority Mail within one week of your order. All other items will be shipped by UPS or FedEx, depending on the manufacturer. We therefore need a physical address and not a post office box for UPS/FedEx deliveries. You will be charged the actual shipping cost plus $1 - $7 per box for handling, depending on the size of the box and difficulty in packaging. This handling charge covers the cost of the box, wrapping materials, packaging labor and, if applicable, the trip to the post office or other shipping facility. Since molds are made to order, they can be shipped from 2 days to 6 weeks of your order, depending on the manufacturer. Some are much faster than others.

Items that may be shipped. Greenware, which is nothing more than dried mud, cannot be shipped - it must be picked up. Bisque, which is the clay product after firing in a kiln is less fragile and can be shipped. All supplies that we list on our site, unless otherwise stated, can be shipped. Kilns and new molds are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Book/catalog orders are shipped directly from us.

Guarantee.

• Greenware. We are not responsible for greenware breakage when in the customer's possession. However, we will replace the broken greenware for 60% of the retail value.
• Insurance/Breakage. Molds, Bisque and Kiln shipments valued at more than $20 are insured for the full amount of the order. Breakage in shipment must be reported and substantiated immediately to us so that we can either replace it or refund your money.
• Returns/Credits. Returns and credits must be authorized by ICS in advance. Items returned without authorization will be considered gifts. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. If the item is received damaged and you did not claim it damaged upon your receipt, you will be charged for repair or replacement. You may file for insurance recovery from your shipper if it was damaged on shipment to us or the manufacturer.

Order Confirmation. Your order will contain the final sales receipt which includes the items and shipping and handling charges.
